Having problems with the new video player? Here are some fixes you can try...

1.) Are you getting Audio, but nothing but a green screen for video?

WINDOWS XP://
Problem successfully addressed via the following steps:

01) Start -> Control Panel -> Display

02) Settings -> Advanced - Troubleshoot

03) Set Hardware Acceleration Slider to midpoint (Disable all DirectDraw and Direct 3D accelerations...)

04) Apply

05) OK

06) OK

07) Close Control Panel

 

 

 

 

2.) Make sure you have the latest version of quicktime (version 7 or above needed), you can download it free by going here....

3.) Make sure you have a broadband connection, the feed is not recommended for any connection less then 250kbps. You can test your speed by going here.... http://www.speedtest.net/

4.) Make sure if you are a PC user that you have a 1.5GHz CPU or faster, at least 256MB of RAM and a 32MB graphic card.

*If you have a Mac system, I'm sure what you need as far as system requirements but If you bought it within the past 3 years, You are probably fine.

5.) If you can't get it to work, there is another option for you, you can subscribe to these videos via itunes podcasting. This way you can play the video locally on your computer on your video iPod or even one of those fancy Apple TV units... Click here to go to our podcast page.
